The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution dated December 7, 2024, No. 820 "On Measures for the Digitalization of the Tourism Sector and the Integration of Tourist Services into a Unified Platform."
The Unified National Tourism Platform is being launched. Starting from September 1, 2025, as part of an experiment, users will be able to:
- book and review accommodation options;
- access services from tour operators and travel agents, including guides, interpreter-guides, and excursion leaders;
- order linear taxis and rent vehicles;
- purchase bus, air, and train tickets, as well as tickets for visiting cultural heritage sites, museums, and other attractions;
- make payments for tourist services through international and national payment systems.
The platform will also conduct real-time analysis of statistical reporting in the tourism sector, with information published in 14 languages.
The document has been published in the National Database of Legislation and came into effect on December 10, 2024.
