The President's Resolution dated December 12, 2024, No. PP-431 "On Measures for Further Increasing the Level of Mechanization in Agriculture" has been adopted.
Starting from January 1, 2025, benefits (subsidies, tax and customs exemptions, financial support) applied to the supply of agricultural machinery will only be available for equipment manufactured by domestic producers or purchased through dealers.
Until January 1, 2027, the following will be exempt from customs duties and recycling fees:
- cotton harvesters, self-propelled forage harvesters, and garden harvesters, as well as equipment for burying and digging;
- new cotton harvesters, self-propelled forage harvesters, and garden harvesters, as well as equipment for burying and digging, imported by domestic manufacturers and dealer services.
From March 1, 2025, the state registration and operation of new tractors and harvesters without GPS devices, purchased using benefits, will be prohibited, including those imported and produced in the republic.
Starting January 1, 2028, the use of seeders without precise single-seed planting for sowing cotton and wheat seeds for the main cotton and grain harvest will be banned.
