The essential information about the leaders of these departments will be stored in an electronic database.

Resolution No. 809 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 3, 2024, has been adopted, "On Amendments and Additions to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 8, 2022, No. 317 'On the Approval of Administrative Regulations for the Provision of State Services for the Accreditation of Experts in the Field of Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and the Certification of Heads of Information Services of State Bodies and Organizations'.

 

The Agency for Information and Mass Communications (AIMC) conducts the certification of heads of information services of state bodies and organizations every three years. Employers are not permitted to conduct other forms of certification for these individuals.

 

Individuals newly appointed to this position undergo certification after three months from the date of their appointment.

 

As the certification deadline approaches, AIMC sends a notification to the relevant authority with the date and time of the certification (at least 10 days prior to the proposed date).

 

The state body and organization, upon receiving the notification, must submit a request to AIMC in electronic form within 10 days and ensure their employee's participation in the certification process.

 

AIMC independently obtains all necessary information through the "Electronic Government" system platform.

 

No fees are charged for the state service.

 

The certification is conducted in the form of an oral interview consisting of 5 to 10 questions and practical tests. A video recording is made during the certification process.

 

A score of 65% or higher of the maximum points is required for an individual to be considered certified.

 

The document has been published in the National Database of Legislation and came into effect on December 4, 2024.
