Алишер Кадыров высказался о запрете на обучение детей мигрантов, которые не владеют русским языком.

Alisher Kadyrov commented on the ban preventing migrant children from being educated without knowledge of the Russian language.

The leader of the "Milliy Tiklanish" party, Alisher Kadirov, commented on the recently enacted law in Russia that prohibits the admission of children into schools without knowledge of the Russian language. The politician stated that this new legislation will diminish the respect for the Russian language in post-Soviet countries.

As a reminder, the State Duma in Russia has passed a law in its final reading that prohibits the admission of migrant children into Russian schools unless they have passed a Russian language proficiency test. This law will come into effect on April 1, 2025.

Children who do not pass the Russian language test, which is deemed necessary for following the educational programs of primary general, basic general, and secondary general education, will not be allowed to pursue these educational programs.

Kadyrov noted that instead of teaching the Russian language, Russian lawmakers have chosen to expel children who do not know the language from schools.

He also emphasized that currently, thousands of citizens work in state institutions in Uzbekistan, and hundreds of thousands of their children attend schools without knowing the state language.

“Our Russian colleagues have chosen a path of not teaching the Russian language, but rather expelling those who do not know it from Russia and excluding their children from schools,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
