Uzbekistan is showcasing impressive results in agriculture. Since the beginning of 2024, the country's agricultural enterprises have gathered a record melon harvest of over 1.7 million tons, which is 6.7% more than the same period last year, according to a report from the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 22.
Russia traditionally remains the largest importer of Uzbek agricultural products. Over nine months, Russian companies purchased 618,900 tons of fruits and vegetables. Kazakhstan ranked second with an import volume of 433,600 tons, followed by Pakistan, which imported 100,900 tons.
