Regional Market
The most significant growth in real estate transactions among the regions was observed in the Khorezm region — 15.6% and the Bukhara region — 8.4%.

Secondary Market
Prices for secondary housing in the republic rose by 0.3%, while compared to last year, there was an increase of 6.2%. The most notable price increases occurred in the Surkhandarya region — 18.1%, the Bukhara region — 11.9%, and the Kashkadarya region — 10.2%.
The most affordable secondary housing in Uzbekistan is found in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, where the average price per square meter is $333.
In Tashkent, over the month, the price of housing in the secondary market increased by only 0.2%, reaching over $1,100 per square meter. The highest price growth in the capital was recorded in the Bektemir district — 4.4%, the Yashnabad district — 2.4%, and the Shayhantahur district — 2.2%.
Overall, in the country, the average cost per square meter in the secondary market increased by 6.2% over the year, while Tashkent experienced a moderate decline of 1.5%.
Housing Rental Market Analysis
The average rental price was $8.3 per square meter, which matches the figure from June of this year. Over the past month, five out of fourteen districts in the capital recorded a decrease in housing rental rates. The most significant decrease occurred in the Sergeli and Uchtepa districts, where rentals fell by an average of 4.5%.
Rental prices remain high in the central districts of Tashkent, such as Mirabad, Shayhantahur, and Yakkasaray, where the average rental cost is $10 – 11 per square meter.
At the same time, compared to last year, the average rental price in the capital decreased by 10.7%. The largest decline was observed in the Uchtepa district — 14.5%, the Yashnabad district — 14.3%, and the Yunusabad district — 13.8%.
