According to the law, the inflation rate in 2025 is expected to reach 7% considering the economic situation. Specifically, the document states that the consolidated budget revenues for 2025 will amount to 431 trillion sums, while expenditures will total 480.5 trillion sums, with the aim of keeping the budget deficit within 3% of GDP in the medium term.
The state budget is projected to have revenues of 308.5 trillion sums and expenditures of 344.8 trillion sums. The revenues and expenditures of state targeted funds (excluding interbudgetary transfers) will be 66.4 trillion sums and 62.8 trillion sums, respectively. In the upcoming year, 52% of the state budget expenditures, or 177.7 trillion sums, will be allocated to the social sector, maintaining a focus on social priorities.
Additionally, it is planned to allocate 3.6 trillion sums for environmental protection projects, and for healthcare, 41.3 trillion sums will be designated, which is 19.8% more compared to the expected expenditures for 2024.
Furthermore, through presidential decrees and resolutions from the Cabinet of Ministers, funds will be allocated next year to address urgent social issues in the regions, enhance the infrastructure of mahallas, and implement significant state initiatives.
