The auction lasted over 20 minutes and concluded after two bids. The winner was Streetpark Systems, which offered 62.93 billion sums, exceeding the starting price by 10%.
At the end of November, the winner of the previous auction was announced as the joint venture Balcomuz, which proposed around 120 billion sums for a three-year lease of parking spaces. However, the agreement was never formalized.
In October, Tashkent's hokim Shavkat Umurzakov issued a decree to establish paid parking. According to the document, by the end of August 2025, it is planned to arrange 13,200 parking spaces, with a future goal to increase their number to 84,000.
In Tashkent, plans are in place to arrange 84,000 paid parking spaces. In the first phase, by March 15, 2025, around 14,000 spaces will be created, while the second phase, which includes an additional 70,000 spaces, is expected to be completed by early June 2025.

The company "Tashkent Invest" is required to launch the automated "Paid Parking" system by January 1, 2025, funded by the Tashkent Development Fund under the hokimiyat. This system is expected to integrate equipment for the new parking facilities, and the company will serve as its operator.
